Oily Water Separator OWS-COM
In accordance with IMO Res. MEPC.107(49) RWO OWS-COM is a masterpiece in the market.
It is available in sizes from 0,1 m3/h up to 10 m3/h, thanks to his characteristics: compact, light, easy to install, reliable, efficient, is the perfect choice on Cruise Vessels as well as Merchant Vessels and Luxury Yachts.
The special Adsorber Cartridges specifically designed, used for the second stage, grant longer and better performances comparing to the non-original ones, try it to discover the difference!
SIRN can provide onboard service through two RWO-approved Service Engineers, based in Trieste and Genova.
CBM+ : Clean Bilge Monitoring System
CBM+ is a fail-safe overboard discharge monitoring and control unit that prevents non-compliant bilge water discharge in accordance with MEPC.107(49).
Installed between the oily water separator/ centrifugal separators and the overboard valve, it continuously monitors and records all critical discharge data, including oil content, flow rate, valve status, vessel position, and time through GPS integration.
By securely documenting every discharge operation, CBM+ protects both the vessel and its crew, providing full traceability, regulatory compliance, and complete peace of mind.
LINK
The data recording and visualization unit LINK is designed to store relevant data of connected systems to make them available for further evaluation and downloading. The unit visualizes and stores operation data in reference to time and position.
Bilge Water Treatment
RWO CleanSewage – Membrane Bioreactor CS-MBR
RWO has developed an advanced wastewater treatment for the requirements of high standard applications. It is approved according to IMO MEPC.227(64),including chapter4.2 for nitrogen and phosphorous removal within special areas.
Based on new submerged membrane with extremely high mechanical strength and automated cleaning mechanism CS-MBR can ensure :
- very low OPEX due to low energy demand
- low use of chemicals
- Ultrafiltration 0,01-0,1 microns
- Low footprint
- Minimum maintenance work
- Low excess of sludge production
RWO’s sewage treatment on board ships
RWO Clean Sewage Systems are based on biological treatment processes, ensuring a minimum of chemical consumption and by–products.
RWO offers the CS-BIO for merchant vessels or small passenger vessels outside special areas. The treatment principle is based on the biological Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor technology (MBBR) and serves as an all-in-one solution, integrating the holding tank into the STP, thus occupying less space. The robust design offers stable operation and very low maintenance.
